Can we request staff for specific shifts?

Yes. Tell us the role, location, dates, shift times and requirements. Availability depends on suitable workers being available.

Who employs temporary workers?

Temporary workers are employed by Smaturity Care Ltd under the relevant employment arrangements and paid through its payroll where applicable.

Who manages care at the client’s premises?

The client remains responsible for care delivery and day-to-day operations, including care planning, clinical governance, safeguarding and workplace health and safety, subject to law and agreed arrangements.

Does registering guarantee work?

No. Assignments depend on vacancies, client requirements, availability, suitability and completion of relevant checks.

How are rates and terms agreed?

Rates, payment terms and assignment conditions are agreed with the client before an assignment starts. Workers receive their employment and assignment information separately.
