Smaturity Care Staffing is a UK temporary healthcare staffing service within the Smaturity digital service platform. It is operated by Smaturity Care Ltd, an employment business supplying Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Nurses to care homes and other healthcare providers.

Our role and the client’s role

Smaturity Care Ltd supplies staffing through Smaturity Care Staffing; it does not itself undertake the delivery or management of regulated care under this staffing arrangement. The client remains responsible for the care it provides, including day-to-day direction, care planning, clinical governance, safeguarding and workplace health and safety, subject to law and the assignment arrangements.
